Homework: Fire
Once upon a time, Goodah found fire. He was walking one day when lightning struck a 🌲 . He poked a stick into the burning tree and it caught on fire! He kept this fire to himself until, one day, the villagers discovered him. The villagers were angry that he didn’t share such a powerful treasure with them, so Goodah was banished to the mountains and the villagers shared the fire with the whole world.
One thousand years later, he was back. He unleashed a wave of water upon the world so that all fire was extinguished. Then he died, because his anger at the villagers was what kept him alive. But not all fire was gone. A young boy named Bob had been climbing 🧗♂️ to the top of Mount Everest with a torch. He came back down and gave the fire to the world.
