EOD child labor rules

Child labor is allowed, since there are no grownups in the Empire Of Donuts, but there are still some restrictions.

1. Children must be payed at least five donuts a week.

2. Children below the age of 10 may not work. They will go to school and learn and stuff. Once they are 18, they may go to college.

3. Adult labor is prohibited.

4. Adults are prohibited.
