Declaration of Independence

First Draft

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all kids are created equal, that We are all sick and tired of The  English Ban, and that We will end it. If You do not surrender, we will just not care and Boycott our Freetime by speaking English anyway. You have taken away our ability to speak English and made it really hard for the people who don’t know that much Chinese to communicate, including the dude who wrote this. We have tried to find alternate ways to speak, for example, Donutian. But you just shook your head and said that that counted as English. And if You do not surrender, we will also wage War against you. (Well, not REAL war, but still, it will impact you). So let it be known that We are rebelling against The English Ban.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all kids are created equal, that We, The Kids of 207, are all sick and tired of The English Ban (aka, the ban of all use of The English Language), and that We will end it. If You do not surrender this policy, we will not care and Boycott our Freetime by speaking English anyway. You have taken away our ability to speak English and made it really hard for the people who don’t know that much Chinese to communicate, including the dude who wrote this. We have tried to find alternate ways to speak, for example, Donutian. But you just shook your head and said that that counted as English. And if You do not surrender, we will also wage War against you. (Well, not REAL war, but still, it will impact you. For example, We will hide rotten fruit in the Teachers Lounge.) So let it be known that We are rebelling against The English Ban.
