3. The climax: They then see a bunch of ants going on strike for not getting paid enough, holding tiny signs. Then they get an idea.
4. The solution: They rally their fellow factory workers and go on strike.
5. The conclusion: After the problem has been solved, they get paid more for doing their jobs and their jobs are less dangerous.
